If you call on us to find out how much it will cost to repair your TV so that you
can decide on repairing 'vs replacement... we will charge a nominal fee to do
so but we won't "sell you the repair" nor will we "sell you a new TV", we will
simply give you the facts, answer your questions and give you up to 30 days to
decide without charging another fee. The same applies to all the electronic
items we service and support.
If you wish to purchase a new piece of equipment and would like some
non-bias recommendations or explanations, we can do that as well. If you've
already purchased something and you need it installed, setup or just a lesson
on how to use it, we do that too. No strings, no pressure and no questions are
to stupid, all from highly trained, skilled and knowledgeable professionals. Our
professionals aren't paid commission, they just aren't paid unless your
satisfied. That's how serious we are! Please give us a try, you won't be
